When will my order be sent?

Orders are dispatched within 1–3 working days. Delivery time after that depends on your country. Shipping is free worldwide.

How do I track my order?

Once your piece is on its way, a tracking code is sent to your email.

Can I return a piece?

Yes. Email studioviteo@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order.

The piece must come back unworn and in the same condition it arrived in, with all original packaging. Return postage is covered by you, unless the piece arrived faulty.

Every piece is one of one, so there is no same-piece size swap — you can either take a refund or choose another available piece.

How should I wash it?

Cold wash, delicate cycle, low spin. No hot water, no tumble dryer.

These pieces are rebuilt from vintage material and stitched by hand — washing them gently is what keeps them looking right for years.

What condition are the pieces in?

Every piece is cut, joined and embroidered by hand from vintage garments, so each one carries small marks from its former life. That is part of it — nothing is repeated.
