RETURNS & REFUNDS

Right to cancel
If you are in the EU,USA or UK, you have 14 days from the day you receive
your order to change your mind, for any reason. You then have a further
14 days to send the piece back to us.

How to start a return
Email studioviteo@gmail.com with your order number before sending
anything back. We will confirm the return address.

Condition
Pieces must come back unworn, unwashed and in the same condition they
arrived in, with all original packaging and any tags still attached.
We cannot accept pieces that have been worn, washed, altered or damaged
after delivery.

Return postage
You cover the cost of sending the piece back to us. We recommend a
tracked service — until it reaches us, the piece is your responsibility.

Refunds
Once we receive and check the piece, we refund the full amount you paid
to your original payment method within 14 days. Delivery to you was
free, so there is nothing to deduct.

One-of-one pieces
Every piece is unique and exists only once, so we cannot swap a piece
for the same one in a different size. You can take a refund, or choose
another available piece instead.

Altered pieces
Pieces we have shortened or altered to your measurements are made to
your specification and cannot be returned or refunded, unless they
arrive faulty.

Faulty or incorrect items
If a piece arrives faulty, damaged in transit or is not what you
ordered, email us within 14 days of delivery with photos. We cover
return postage and will refund you in full, including any costs.
This does not affect your legal rights.
